Byrne Homes is a "Design and Construct" builder.  This means that we design each home to suit the block

of land (elevated, level, moderate / problem soil rating, orientation to views, sun, breezes etc).  Following

the design phase each house is individually priced.

We specialise in designing and building "GreenSmart" homes, particularly for sloping blocks, which are

energy efficient, comfortable and affordable.  These are just some of the designs we currently have available.

Should you have a specific need, or the desire for something entirely different, our in-house designer can

assist in bringing your vision to life.  With our computer aided design (CAD) package, you will be able to take

a virtual tour of your home to make sure it meets your requirements and to see the difference even the 

slightest alterations will make, all before building it.
